With a charging power of up to 11.5 kW*, a 7-metre cable length and the Type-1 plug, you can charge your vehicle safely and significantly faster than at a household socket.
+ Always up to date. The Mercedes-Benz Wallbox Charger can run “over-the-air” software updates via the customer’s own WLAN or LAN.
+ Pre-installed remote functions in the Mercedes me connect App. The Mercedes me connect App makes it easy to control the charging processes with your smartphone. You receive information on the EV charging status as well as a transparent overview of your charging history on this Mercedes-Benz vehicle maintenance app.

Charging in Public
+ Public EV charging with Mercedes me connect is made easy by locating charging stations through the Mercedes-Benz User Experience (MBUX) multimedia system in your Van[3] or through the Mercedes me connect App[4] on your mobile device[5]. Additional filters will allow you to filter charging stations by charging speed and availability.
+ Mercedes me Charge[6] is an essential part of owning a Mercedes-Benz electric Van. This service integrates multiple charge point operators (CPOs) into one eMSP network, including major partners within the US such as ChargePoint, Electrify America, EVgo and many more. With access to over 80,000 publicly available charging stations nationwide, Mercedes me Charge is one of the largest charging networks in the US. Mercedes me Charge calculates charging costs and duration, offers to easily start charging sessions via Plug n Charge, Remote Start or via your Mercedes RFID Card as well as see your charging and payment history.
+ Mercedes-Benz High-Power Charging Network Our journey begins in North America, with plans to set up over 2,500 high-powered EV chargers in 400 hubs by 2027. We prioritize convenience, situating our hubs in strategic locations such as city centers,major routes and select dealerships — charge quickly and continue your journey.

As part of your welcome kit, you will receive your RFID card. This will give you an additional method to easily authenticate charging and payment on the Mercedes me Charge charging network.

- Plug & Charge[8]. The easiest and most straightforward method of charging. Simply plug in your vehicle at an Electrify America DCFC station, and the charging station will complete a “digital handshake” to process payment authentication and start charging.
- Navigation with Electric Intelligence[9]. Your vehicle will monitor its state of charge and suggest the ideal time to stop for a charge. The Navigation with Electric Intelligence service optimizes navigation route guidance and automatically factors in necessary charging stops for long-distance travel.
